Well, it isn't literally light. It probably has a lot of calories, but Turkey Hill recently revived my favorite Limited Edition flavor. Southern Lemon Pie. Lemon ice cream with marshmellows and shortbread. If it weren't for Passover, I would have stocked up with every carton on the store. Hopefully, it'll still be around next week.

I created this account as a way of paying tribute to someone who passed away recently. Although we hadn't talked in a while, the two of us were very close friends for several years. The fredneil screenname is a reference to the song "Everybody's Talking."  We once watched the movie "Midnight Cowboy" and she told me that the song always reminded her of the time we spent together.

I have more to say about her, but right now, I get too depressed when I think about writing it down.
